Gas works will be taking place outside 239 Beverley Road commencing on 11 August 2025. As result, the road will be closed to traffic – although access will be maintained for emergency vehicles.

An alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be signposted. The diversion route will be via Beverley Road, Haltemeprice Roundabout, Gorton Road, Gorton Road Roundabout, Kingston Road and Willerby Square Roundabout.

The works are anticipated to be completed by 8 September.
