Members of the public can now report an odour incident to East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) to log/investigate as appropriate

All individuals who have contacted ERYC regarding this issue since 1st January 2025 will have this information made available to them.
It is expected that the link will be kept open until around Friday 12th September 2025 but this might change subject to circumstances.
Biowise and Environment Agency will be contacted to let them know that this method of contact/complaint is now available to members of the public.
ERYC will be carrying out proactive officer surveys using the same method throughout this period together with reactive visits surveys as appropriate and possible.
